David Cox producer of Castlevania: Lords of Shadow has stated that the game will require two discs to run on Xbox 360. What is interesting is that Microsoft actually sent their tech guys to the studio to see how they were compressing the game. In the end they figured out that the studio was doing everything they could and that there was no way to work around that. he also added that the first disc will offer a install option so that you only have to have the second disc in the machine to play. Something interesting he said was that the longest cut scene in the game is 14 minutes long (knowing that Hideo Kojima is involved in this game it does not come as a surprise). Gamers may be a bit skeptical about grabbing this title on 360, we all remember Final Fantasy XIII had three discs on it’s 360 version and players complaint about long loading times. Let’s just hope that this won’t happen for Castlevania Lords of Shadow.
