CES 2012 has officially kicked off and the news coming from the Sony is front are pretty good. First piece is the prices for AT&T data plans on the Playstation Vita, if you’re planning on getting the $299.99 model that comes with 3G, you can buy a 250MB data plan for $14.99 or a 2GB plan for $25.00. You do not have to buy a contract for AT&T and data plans are month to month based, which is probably making a lot of people happy right now.
Second piece of news is that Netflix is coming to the Playstation Vita as well. According to their press conference, Netflix is working to have their software ready on the Vita day one. If you missed Sony’s press conference you can watch it here. We will continue to deliver news from CES as they come.
